When Can You Return?
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following cases:
- Product is damaged during shipping
- Wrong product was sent
- Product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months)
- Packaging seal is broken upon delivery

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products where the seal has been broken by the customer
- Change of mind after delivery
- Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery
Refunds
We prefer to send replacements rather than refunds. However, if a replacement is not possible (out of stock), we will offer a full refund via bank transfer or store credit for your next order.
