When Can You Return?

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged during shipping
  • Wrong product was sent
  • Product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months)
  • Packaging seal is broken upon delivery

How to Report an Issue

    Send clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging.

    Our team will review and confirm the replacement within 24 hours.

    Receive Replacement

    A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products where the seal has been broken by the customer
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

We prefer to send replacements rather than refunds. However, if a replacement is not possible (out of stock), we will offer a full refund via bank transfer or store credit for your next order.
